The restaurant is the creation of Eric and Liz Macaire who brought us the beloved Bottletree in nearby Ancram, NY.
Eric is also the founder of Jubilee in New York and was the co-founder of The Bubble Lounge, New York and San Francisco.

Chef Kevin Daley is at the helm inn the kitchen. His passion for cuisine is poured into every dish. All Pasta is house made daily from scratch and hand knife cut. We are fortunate to have found this inspired Chef along with his talented sous, Nick Hurowitz-Goodman. Manager Erin Granger orchestrates the dining room to exude hospitality and good cheer.
